Boy Scouts/Cub Scouts
CTK sponsors scouting in grades
1-12. Boy Scouts are for 6-12th grades and Cub Scouts is an
organization for boys in grades 1 through 5. Scouting gives boys
the opportunity to work together, but also to develop individual
skills. At CTK, we work hard to promote family and religion in

is a simple method to develop Christian spirituality, mentality,
activity and community. Those interested in participating in this
program will need to have a sponsor.
Total
youth ministry for teens grades 7-12. Jr. High and Sr. High groups
have regularly-scheduled meetings and retreats. Teens also
participate in service activities, social and religious events
throughout the school year. The youth

Once a month, women's professional clothing is collected to donation to the Dress for Success program here in Little Rock. DFS offers women training to enter or re-enter the job market and also provides clothing suitable for job interviews and office work.

one-on-one ministry designed to help
build community among women of all ages and in all states of life.
One focus of this international movement is to support women and
their families during the joys, trials and sorrows of the
childbearing years. The ministry offers peer support, mentoring,
spiritual nourishment, educational and inspirational resources
drawn from the life experiences of fellow parishioners.

Selected Extraordinary
Ministers of the Eucharist assist the priests and deacons in
taking Communion to parishioners who are ill or home-bound. Also,
Christ the King Parish is responsible for providing visits to all
Catholics in nursing homes (within our parish boundaries), Baptist
Medical Center and Baptist Rehab Center.

ministry is designed for mothers whose children are still at home.
This 8-week session will guide participants through a series of
reflections that allow them to look at their values, the choices
they make each day and to ponder the love they share with others
in their lives. Together, the class will examine the challenges of
motherhood as they impact a woman's life: self-acceptance, stress,
spirituality, feelings, personal growth and friendships.

Pantry (Food Donation)
Ministry of Mothers Sharing (M.O.M.S.) sponsors a monthly food donation program in which grocery sacks with lists of needed items attached are distributed at all of the Masses on the 2nd weekend of each month. The following (3rd) weekend, donations are collected in the church vestibule and distributed to various charitable agencies.

Perpetual Adoration 24 hours per day, seven days per week, 365 days
per year. Each member is encouraged to spend one hour before the Blessed

A week of fun and learning
await the pre-school (ages 3 and 4) and school-age
